Topic: EUN Resolution on World Health and Population

1) Bearing in mind of our birth rate replacing our 
2) population, Affirming our immigration control, & 
3) confident about the positive attributes of Timber- 
4) land, we write this proposal. 
5) Timberland adopts the policy of two kids per
6) family. If the limit is succeeded, people must 
7) pay for their health services & education. Our 
4) country affirmes that there will be an enforced 
5) immigration policy that requires an application 
6) process. Part of the process will require health 
7) screening. Timberland affirms that we provide 
8) seasonable climate, free education, free health 
9) services, & personal freedom.

4. Adopt strict environmental laws and regulations

6. Urge that a priority be placed on providing

8. Be acceptable to opinions and suggestions of 
9. others concerning national issues.

11. payment of at least 75% of the medical costs 
12. for all citizens.

Topic: To reduce abortions caused by hardship and to increase     education

1. Subject: The alarming situation of children fleeing war must be
2. addressed if world population is to stabilize 

3. HAVING EXAMINED inter-state conflicts, civil wars and famine
4. affecting children, among others; 

5. CONVINCED THAT they are enduring atrocities, that they have
6. witnessed killings, that they have been present at the murders of
7. their own family members, and that they are themselves personally
8. threatened with death; 

9. ALARMED THAT war is making it impossible to give them a
10. normal life, an education, a future;... 

THE ELECTRONIC UNITED NATIONS

12. CONSIDERS it very necessary to assist in those
countries which request United Nations assistance; 

15. DECLARES that it must provide educational support, i.e., educational facilities
for refugee children , programmes

16. to promote self-expression and awareness, and must train local
17. personnel who will be able to respond to the situation found in their
18. own communities; 

19. AFFIRMS that it is governments of countries around the world, of.
20. inter-governmental agencies such as this one, and of
21. non-governmenetal organisations that must make contributions to
22. increase the now-INADEQUATE budget of the United Nations
23. High Commission for Refugees.

Topic: Launching a Fertility Awareness Campaign

1. Illegal immigration is not our present problem because we are an
2. island. To regulate the flow of tourists, we will set a certain number
3. of people who can enter from each country. This number will be
4. proportionate to the population of every nation and their economic
5. situation at home (i.e. war, famine, drought, etc.). 

6. Student Visas, Working Visas, Business Visas, and Travelling
7. Visas will all be accepted, but immigrants will be regulated. We will
8. be looking at their health records, criminal records within the last
9. five years (if they have any), family situations (sickness, death.
10. children born, etc.). 

11. Refugees: If they are under extreme conditions at home (i.e.
12. religious persecution, political persecution, war, etc.)( then we 
13. will allow them to enter for a certain number of days. We cannot let
14. them stay for long since we are only an island and don't have much
15. room.
