The Relation between World Health and Population

The topic for the first regular cycle was The Relation between World Health and Global Populations. Many people feel that the state of World Health and our Global Population are inter-related. We asked participants to look at this relationship and develop resolutions relative to this issue should action seem warrented. Mar. 22 - April 4
Write Proposals for EUN General Assembly. Survey questions sent to school by EUN.
April 5 - Apr. 12 Countries discuss all formal "Proposals" within their classroom countries. Official ambassadors to the EUN enter into public debate through discussions on the EUN Bulletin Board. Separate discussions and agreements are reached through private e-mail to other countries. Here heads of state can deal with other heads of state. Ambassadors vote for the top three choices of the individual countries they represent.
Apr. 13 - Apr.16 The three proposals with the most votes are presented for final discussion and vote.
Not in this first cycle Countries discuss and pledge monetary support to one of the three proposals. Questionnaires are due back to EUN.
April 22 - proposed start of new cycle Results of previous month's survey are given to members the first week of the new cycle.
